Ooty man V.Mathimaran won first prize in the national level online photography contest conducted by C.P.R Environmental Education Centre and partners. He sent eight photos and one of the photo won the first prize on the topic which gave him citation and cash prize. Congratulations Mr.V.Mathimaran.
