Heavy rains in the south India disturbs the daily routine of the people living there. Ooty aslo suffering from a heavy rainfall in past days.This cause the tourist who cannot enjoy their holidays. Transport facility is highly spoiled by the rain. Buses from the Chamarajanagar to Ooty, Gudalur and parts of Kerala were cancelled because of the landslides and heavy rain enroute. KSRTC officials reported that landslides were noticed between Ooty and Gudalur. Relief operations has been planned. 13 buses which are headed towards Ooty along with 7 buses from Calicut which are from Chamarajnagar division were also cancelled because of the heavy rains and landslides. In Thrissur a road block caused a huge traffic jam as many buses were stuck highly in the traffic jam for more than 3 hours.
