Dr.B.Manivannan, Assistant Professor of Tamil, Government Arts College right here, has been presented with Tamil Nadu Government’s Library Enthusiast Honor in appreciation of his assistance to the advertising of library tradition among young people as well as other individuals in the Nilgiris.
